Goal
Launch and grow an independent Web3 media platform from zero, and establish it as a credible, widely read news source in a crowded crypto media landscape.
What I did
Owned the platform end to end as editorial lead: designed the editorial workflow and content strategy, defined publication formats, built and managed the contributor network, set up the content distribution system, and introduced AI-assisted content workflows. Sourced guests and arranged video interviews for the channel's YouTube show, covering guest research, outreach and scheduling.
Impact
The platform went from zero to a functioning media outlet with a sustained publication schedule, an active contributor network, and a companion YouTube interview show. The author archive and channel above are live, verifiable evidence of the ongoing output.
